General Accounting, including performing the month-end close process Partner with Local, Regional, and Global Management to provide financial support in terms of metrics, analysis, reporting and compliance. Prepare back office annual budgets & monthly projections with multi-site budget oversight responsibility Cash management – monitor daily positions and preparation of monthly cash forecasts Statutory Audits - provide support to regional compliance center and local audit firm Analyze trends and deviations in performance and recommend corrective actions to Management Review and prioritization of incoming legal entity correspondence Liaising internally and externally on a cross functional basis Perform and manage ad-hoc finance projects and/or analyses related to German and European operations Qualification Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field Experience in financial reporting for German legal entities Prior exposure to multinational operating environment and US GAAP Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners in a non-hierarchical business environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills. Advanced Excel/Financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA preferred other suitable education and backgrounds will be considered Significant experience with project controlling in SAP or equivalent environment Project Controlling and Project Management background combined with accounting experience Strong communication and leadership skills Process and compliance experience
